setup my tsheets on mobile and cannot figure out how to import that information into my account on desktop version

I'm trying to set up as little as possible on web and activate as many features as available on mobil version for elite. I've managed to import and sync. Im still having trouble setting up project location using map or address so project continues to say no location. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend comparing the details on the two programs and edit them if necessary. I actually have a very similar issue.  I set up Tsheets, connected it with QB Desktop Payroll, exported the time successfully, but the employee time does not populate when I try to run payroll on QB.  I followed all the instructions that are provided on this site regarding this issue.  I also spent hours on the phone with Tsheets and QB last week and no one could figure out what was going on.  One QB agent did a cobrowse and concluded its a "tech glitch."  I was told that someone on the tech team would reach out to me ASAP because I had to run payroll, but no response.  I couldn't wait and had to run payroll by entering the info manually.  So, this was really frustrating.  It's been over a week and still no response.  I would really appreciate some help with this.   1. Select the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Hit Contact us
  4. Enter the brief description of your concern, in the Tell us more about your question box.
