Tech access in the field

I just sent an invite out & my tech is being asked for a username & password. Would those just be the username & password for the entire account?

Thanks for asking the Community about sending invites to your tech, @Bjayzl

 

If you're trying to add your tech as a team member, they need to enter their desired email when prompted. Then, they will then asked to add their name and creates a password.

If you've invited him/her as an authorized user in your account, he/she will receive an email inviting them to join your account. He/she will have to enter a User ID, email, password, and phone number.
