The export function still does not work correctly and I don't know how to submit the bug report. (They changed it but it still doesn't export everything...

I run Payroll and also pay taxes in the same session and then click "Export". The only choice it gives me to export is the last thing I did (either Payroll or Taxes, but not both). So I have to manually enter the tax payments. Using: Online Payroll

I'll share some information regarding the issue about the Export function in Online Payroll. 

 

There are reported cases about the Export function not working properly in the Online Payroll service. Our engineers are currently investigating the problem and will roll out a fix as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, you'll want to continue entering those tax payments manually to your books. 

 

I would also recommend contacting our support regarding the Export function. They'll get your contact details and add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be able to receive updates about the issue. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the box, type something like "Export function not working" or similar. 
  5. Hit Continue, then choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat). 

 

Though, I'd like to get your contact details here but I'm unable to access sensitive information in a public space. I'd also suggest checking our support hours to ensure your needs are taken care of. 

 

If you'd like to see your current liabilities, employee data, and other payroll-related numbers, you can check out this article to help you pull up a specific report: Run payroll reports.
