I can certainly understand how our QuickBooks Online desktop app comes in handy to you and others. While this isn't available for non-QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced users, I suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO
Here's how to do it:
- In QBO, click the Gear icon at the top right, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
You'll additionally be able to find many detailed resources about working with QuickBooks in our help article archives.
