You can review your profile to see if there is an open case, and then if all of your cases have been closed. It can be on hold when there are pending details in your account, or transactions that may require clarification before funds are released.
In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Payments Support. From there, they have the tools that can access your account in a secure environment, isolate the problem, and assist you in resolving it.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Select or type Contact Us.
