I'll help you view your exported Trial Balance report in Excel. Upon checking, I've got the same error as you. Don't worry, I've already found a solution to fix the problem.
Once you export your files, they will be downloaded from the internet onto your computer. When you open it in Microsoft Excel, the software uses a Protected View feature to safeguard your data. This is why all numbers in the report are showing zero.
To fix the issue, simply click the Enable Editing section which is highlighted in the Excel window. This will enable you to view and edit the information on the report.

I HAVE A CHALLENGE, ONCE MY DATA IS BEING EXPORTED FROM QB TO EXCELL BY BALANCE SHEET BALANCE BECOME UNEQUAL, BUT WHILE IN PDF OR IN QB EVERY THING IS FINE, JUST THE EXCELL EXPORTED COPY HAVE THE IN BALANCE PROBLEM.
