Trouble importing transactions: what does this red exclamation point mean?

I'm manually importing my credit card transactions in QBO. It looks good until about the 4th step. The correct columns show up with the correct information, but there is a red circle with a white exclamation point. Nothing shows up when I hover or click on it. It lets me select all the transactions, but the Continue button at the bottom is greyed out. I can't find info about it anywhere.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Trouble importing transactions: what does this red exclamation point mean?

Hi, @FullFillery.

I've got some information for you to fix the error while uploading your file.

Based on your screenshot, the exclamation seems to be on the Date column. When uploading the file for bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll want to ensure that all dates follow the same format as your CSV file.

It might be why you're unable to continue to the next steps. Thus, the date format you choose should match your file. You can select from the date formats from Step 3.
