Trying to re-connect my Shopify store with Quickbooks Online account after a "purge company" reset to start over. It will not bring in the data after several attempts.

I am using "Shopify Connector" App to bring my sales info into Quickbooks Online from my Shopify store.  I had this set up with no problems initially, but have since reset my Quickbooks data by performing a "purge company" reset (long story).  I have been trying to re-connect my Shopify store and download the transactions but it is not working.  It says "Bringing in data...", but it never actually brings anything over and ends up logging me out of Quickbooks due to inactivity after letting it try to transfer for hours (even overnight).  I have uninstalled the Shopify Connector App from both my Shopify and Quickbooks stores and re-installed.  Disconnected the app on both ends and re-connected.  What else should I try?  I just want to go back to how it worked the first time before the purge!

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I understand how important it is to retrieve all your Shopify’s data, @PigRooster13. Allow me to provide you with another option to help you redeem all the transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
 

Considering that you’ve already purged the company in QuickBooks, all the transactions were permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Since there’s no way for QuickBooks to recover all the data, I recommend contacting Shopify so they can advise you on the best next actions.

It's better to use third party apps like Synder. A few clicks and you're done, it saves me a ton of time every day, so I would recommend using it like Shopify + Synder + QuickBooks. And as far as I know, they have a lot of integrations, so I think it's worth checking out anyway

You can try using third party apps. For example, use Synder for Shopify + QBO and it works great. I don't remember any major issues, but their support works very well, so I guess you can ask them if you have any issues.
