Since the report shows "No records for the selected period", it might be your regular browser is experiencing some issues. That's why the report appears unusual behavior. With this, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a web-page issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works in incognito, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

This action produced the report that I was looking for! Changed from Chrome to Firefox and things workd fine. Yet, after running the reports successfully, I returned to Chrome, ran the requested report, and it produced the report fine. I'm just very happy to have produced what I was looking for.
