Welcome to the Community, angelina-rovings.
To verify my understanding, what URL are you trying to add from your Account and settings screen? QuickBooks itself doesn't have a feature titled "Permalink". A permalink is a term that refers to a permanent URL that can be used.
If you're referring to including a web address (URL) as part of the default message on emails, you can add this from your Sales settings.
Here's how:
- Use the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
- Access your Sales tab and find the Message section.
- Click its Pencil (Edit) icon.
- Customize your message as necessary. You can include full clickable hyperlinks with a "http://" or "https://" prefix.
- Hit Save.
- Select Done.
You can also add custom URLs to sales forms while customizing their templates, specifically in the Website, Message to customer, and Add footer text areas. You can find further details about this in our Customize invoices, estimates, & sales receipts article.
If you're trying to connect WooCommerce to QuickBooks Connector so you can use pretty permalinks, you can refer to our Connect WooCommerce to QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas) article for detailed steps.
In the event you're referring to QuickBooks Payments and adding payment options to invoices, you'll initially need to apply for a QuickBooks Payments account if you haven't yet. If approved, you can process payments by credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, PayPal, and Venmo.
I'll be looking forward to your reply if there's any further questions or information to provide. Have a wonderful Monday!
