I appreciate you following the resolution steps provided by my colleague. It’s my priority that you can access your QBSE account seamlessly.
To help you get back on track, we’ll have to check billing details. For security reasons, I'm unable to request the sensitive information required to pull up your account in the Community.
I recommend you reach out to our QBSE Support Team to check your subscription status. Once they’ve identified the cause and find a fix, they'll guide you through the process to take care of the problem in your account.

Hello, I'm having the same issue and cannot interact with my account at all due to the system trying to require me to purchase another subscription. Can't click anything, can't go to help or support, which is a major design flaw on top of not being able to access my account, even though I should have a valid subscription through next March at least. Not being able to access my account today is a big problem for a business, much less with no warning.

Hi there, amdgpm.
Thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community.
I suggest using this link and accessing it via a private browser: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/home#/app/home to contact our QBSE team to verify and update your subscription.
Then, follow the additional steps below:
1. Click the question mark icon at lower right.
2. You'll be routed into the Email your question.
3. Fill in the necessary information.
4..Click the Ask your Question button.
Once done, you will receive the case number and please write it down for your reference.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks.
It might be that your subscription has ended, amdgpm.
The billing page will show up once your QuickBooks subscription has expired. That is why the system requires you to resubscribe or purchase another subscription.
You can re-subscribe so you can continue your subscription.
You can go to this link to re-subscribe: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1761682.
This will clear things out for you. If there's anything else that I can help you with, I'm just a post away.
Thanks for the update, @amdgpm.
Have you tried accessing the account through this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/turbotax? That should redirect you to the page to enter your TurboTax SE login credentials.
If you're asked to purchase another subscription again, I recommend emailing our QBSE Support Team for further assistance. An agent will reply within 1 business day after sending them the details of the concern together with your phone number.
Click on this link and fill out the required fields: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
Leave a comment below if you need anything else. I’m always available to help. Take care!
