Unable to choose subscription because of an existing subscription I am not aware of

I am trying to choose an Intuit QuickBooks plan for my account but the system keep prompting me that I cannot do so because of my "current subscription" that I am unaware of. I can't chat with a live agent so getting support feels like I'm pulling teeth. Help, please.

I recommend clicking on this link to go directly to the What Can We Help You With? page and contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This way, they'll be able to verify if you have an existing subscription and ensure that you can subscribe according to your preferences.

 

On the other hand, please know that for Plus, Essentials and Simple Start subscribers, support will be available M-F from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced subscribers, you may contact support any time and any day.
