Performing some troubleshooting steps may work in this case. Let's try using a private browser or incognito window to resolve this. Here's how depending on your session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift 
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl Shift 
  • Safari: Command Shift 

 

This is just to ensure that it isn't a browser or browser history problem. If this works, go back to the regular session and clear your browser's history

I also checked the screenshots that you shared and it looks like we still need more information to fully understand where the amount is coming from. I would suggest reaching out to our chat or phone support team. They will be able to do a screen share with you to get more details about the report and determine what's causing the issue. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
