Updated subscription does not include QB mobile, yet is more expensive? help?

Once you successfully updated your subscription in QuickBooks Self-Employed, it will also reflect on the app. Every changes you made using the browser will appear on the mobile app. If the app says your subscription is inactive, please log out and log back in to refresh the data. You can also follow the steps in this article on how to troubleshoot the QuickBooks App.

 

To make sure that your account is active, please check your billing details from the Gear icon. I also have a guide here on how to update your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription details.
