Updating billing information

The credit card information for Quickbooks desktop payroll subscription needs to be updated.    I have updated to 2020 version, but it still won't let me update the information.  Gives me the message that I need to log into as the administrator, but I am logged in as such.   How do I get the information corrected?

Thanks!

Updating billing information

Nice to have you here in the Community, @D-White.

Since you're logged in as the admin, I suggest running QuickBooks Desktop as an administrator. You can right-click on the desktop icon and select the option to Run as Administrator to do so. This will open the program as usual and allow you to update the payroll subscription. Although, if you continue to hit a snag, I recommend requesting a callback from our Desktop Payroll Support Team. They'll be able to update your card info and get back to running payroll with ease.

Feel free to let me know how the conversation goes below. I'm always here to lend a helping hand.
