User is already logged in, but they aren't

I have this issue in Right Networks.  I am logged out on the Right Networks screen, but no way of getting logged in at all.  I have to wait an hour till I can finally get in.   Is there another way?  Closing Right Networks does nothing.  I cannot reboot the server or computer since it is cloud based.
