WAITR Sales and Disbursements Reports: How to map into QBO

Hi there, NichiW1.

Thanks for stopping by this afternoon. I'm happy to provide some feedback for you. It sounds like your best bet would be to convert your reports from the WAITR app into an excel file and then from there you can import that excel file into the QBO product.

Let me help you find this app an walk you through the integration:

  1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
  2. In the Search field, enter "Import Transactions" or any other keywords to find the most suitable app. You may also click Browse Category, then choose Data Sync.
  3. Browse through the apps, then select the one you want.
  4. Click Get app now, and then Connect.
    - Sign in using your Intuit Account, if you'll be asked to verify your identity.
  5. From the Company/Firm drop-down menu, select your company.
  6. Click Confirm, and then Connect.

That should do it! Once you're done, you'll be all set to upload your transactions to QBO using this app. To learn more about this process, you may check out this article: App support.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to post here anytime. Thank you and have a nice afternoon.

WAITR Sales and Disbursements Reports: How to map into QBO

Definitely NOT the answer to my question but it's a piece to the puzzle AFTER it's mapped.  I need the someone that actually uses this and can share their mapping and which report they use for each item listed.

Sales report and Disbursements report have the same items but different info since it's accrual versus cash disbursements.  What does your mapping look like?

WAITR Sales and Disbursements Reports: How to map into QBO

Hello there, NichiW1.

You can directly contact WAITR to help you map the reports. From there, you can import it into QuickBooks. For the third-party app suggested by my colleague that will help you import, you can check out the Reviews to see how it works for other users. You can visit or Intuit Developers page. There are uses that use third-party apps for integration purposes.

WAITR Sales and Disbursements Reports: How to map into QBO

I've tried to contact WAITR and they do not respond.  So frustrating.  Yes, if we could get it mapped, it would be a snap, but they give you two separate reports: one cash, on accrual.  It's horrible, y'all, just horrible.  I'm going to leave this quandary open to see if anyone has had success in mapping those crazy reports.
