Thanks for contacting us, playaazalea-jcs.

For billing questions, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can pull-up your account in a secure environment and check your current subscription. They'll also discuss and provide more information about the discounts in QuickBooks.

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

  4. Enter a brief discussion of your payroll concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Choose which option is best for you.

In the meantime, you can use the program and dive deeper into the features with no payment. Just test drive it by using our sample company demo. It's a great way to explore and experiment the options in the system since it won't save any changes you make.

Don't hesitate to post again if there's anything else you need with your QuickBooks account. I'm always happy to help.

@playaazalea-jcs

We may have a workaround should you have time to explore. Where is your company located? in US or else?
