Hi there, professional-nyc.

Let's get rid of the error so you can save or print reports in QuickBooks Online. You can start by accessing your account using a private or incognito browser, then print or save reports from there.

To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser. And, here are the steps on how to save or print reports.

  1. Go to Business overview, then select Reports.
  2. Use the Find report by name search bar to search for reports by name.
  3. You can also browse the list.
  4. Select the report to open it.
  5. Click the Printer icon.
  6. Adjust your print settings as needed, then click Print.

If it works, go back to your default browser and clear the history. Your browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it also gets outdated which can cause issues. Follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser:

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. If it didn't work, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team and reporting the issue.

You can do more about features and specific reports to get the info you need. I'm adding these related articles as your guide.
