When connecting a second account using the same bank inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), it takes a few steps to have it ready for use inside the company file. It'll be our pleasure to outline them below:

Thanks Kurt. There is no option to add a second account to say capital me using an alternate log-in.
we have two company owners, each with separate bank log-ins for each of their credit card account.
that was no issue with the desktop version.
it does not give me an option to add a second account with Capital One with a different user name and password than the account already syncing.
thoughts?

i have resisted moving from the MAC App to online, and only a day in so far and I like it. And much better collaboration with accountant direct access
