Currently, the option to add a credit card processing fee or surcharge directly to invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable.
However, you can manually add this fee by creating a separate service item as "Processing Fee." and then include it as a line item on invoices when customers pay by credit card as a workaround. This method allows you to pass on processing costs transparently.
