You've come to the right place for assistance, bobfox8960. I'm here to help you get the reports you need.

In QuickBooks Online, if you're utilizing Plus and Advanced versions, you can customize and memorize budget reports to give you an overview of the actual income and expenses of your business. With that, sign in as the primary admin to access the budgets feature.

Once ready, go to Settings and select Budgeting under the Tools section. If you haven't yet, you can create and customize budget reports to have a clearer view of your business finances. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Budgeting.
  2. Then, select Create new

Additionally, you can run special profit and loss budget reports that help you keep track of your budget goals. I'm including this resource for more detailed inputs: Create budgets in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, feel free to utilize this guide to help you save all the customizations made on your reports: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'll make sure to get the help you need if there's anything else you require further assistance with when managing budget reports in your file. Keep safe and have a good one!
