Website freezes whenever I try to cancel my account

The website freezes whenever I try to cancel my subscription for Quick Books Self Employed. I've tried clearing the cache, incognito browser, different browsers, my phone, and 2 different laptops on both Windows and Mac OS

I understand that you're having trouble canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, @bhill2024, and we're sorry to see you go. 

 

To cancel your account, I recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support team. They have the necessary tools to process your cancellation securely. Our live support is available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and click on Continue.
  3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.

Please note that we'll hold onto your accounting information for one year after you cancel. If you decide to resubscribe within that year, you can use the same account and keep all your existing accounting info.
