Nick,
Thanks, but that is not what I was seeking. I was in a webinar today where the presenter showed a specific report named "Custom Summary Report". That's why I include it in quotes. Evidently Intuit no longer includes this report in the QBO Advanced or any other version of the product, but it's available by entering a URL on the Intuit site. The webinar was too fuzzy for me to read the URL
Please provide me that URL so I can use this report.
Thanks,
Geoff
Welcome back, gstuart.
The Custom Summary Report is only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant version. Thus, entering a URL is not an option. The availability of the feature depends on your version of QuickBooks.
Learn more about this feature through this article: Customize reports and create Custom Summary Reports in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
If you're using regular versions of QBO such as Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus the Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss are considered to be one of the examples of Summary Reports. You can customize these reports in your own preference.
I have some additional articles about managing a wide range of reports in QBO:

The Community is always open if you have other questions. I'll be around to help. Wishing you a great day ahead!
Charles_M,
Thanks for your answer, but please be aware that the URL is available. I was able to find it in a webinar presentation.
https://qbo.intuit.com/app/reportv2?token=CustomSummary
This brings up the report in Definition mode, and it can then be saved to my custom report list. It's a valuable report to have as a basis for custom reporting needs that are not addressed by the standard QB reports.
