QuickBooks lets you view all items in the bill payment by running the Transaction List by Vendor.
If the report doesn't give you what you need, highlight the bills from the Bill Payment window. Then, use the print options from your web browser. Check out this article for the detailed steps: Showing all items in the Bill Payment voucher.
For journal entries, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report. It shows all types of transactions you've made to a specific account. You may also include bill payments here.

I did exactly this and it does not show all the line items on the bills. Each bill and bill payment shows but not line items in the bill.
