If you're experiencing unusual loading behavior with an email verification link Intuit sent you, it could have something to do with the cache and cookies in the web browser you're using. Sometimes when this information piles up, it can begin to cause problems with displaying some web pages or certain parts of a website.
To identify if this stored info is the cause, I recommend opening a private browsing session and retrying the steps that provided the original issue. Here's how to open some of the most common browsers in incognito mode:
If you're able to use the email and successfully verify your account in the private window, you'll want to clear your cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
However, if you experience the same issue in incognito mode, you may want to check the browser, operating system, and internet connection you're using and confirm that they're all supported for use with QuickBooks Online.
