When trying to resubscribe (my 30 day trial of QBSE ended), it will not let me validate my address and save. How do I fix this so I can purchase the plan?

I'm here to help you about your in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), steven0o1.

In QBSE, we no longer offer plans for new subscribers. Ensure that the address or region you're using when you try to avail of the free trial version is still the same.

After confirming,  I'd recommend subscribing to the program via a private browser to determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, resubscribe to QuickBooks. If issues persist, clear the cache of your browser. This action deletes its stored files to ensure that the program operates efficiently.

If private browser doesnt work, I suggest trying other supported browsers. They will also ensure that you have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Moreover, I've added this article to see how the program helps you track everything throughout the year: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If it's still the same, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team.

Feel free to go back to the Community Forum if you have more concerns about your subscription to QBSE. We're always available 24/7.
