Where can I find "Export Your Company File to Quickbooks Online" in my Quickbooks Desktop? I cannot find it under Company section

Let me provide some information as to why you're unable to see the option to validate why this is happening, Malia.

You'll only see the Export Your Company File to QuickBooks Online function if you're using the QuickBooks 2021 version or later. If you're using the 2020 or older version, you can use an online tool to move your data to QuickBooks Online (QBO). To open the tool, you'll have to select the link of your QuickBooks version, then click Get Started and sign in with your Intuit Account. Below are the links for your QuickBooks version:

  1. QuickBooks Pro/Premier
  2. QuickBooks Enterprise
  3. QuickBooks for Mac
  • Convert your QuickBooks for Mac file to QuickBooks for Windows before you use the tool.

After that, you can upload your company file. Follow the steps to show you how:

  1. Select Select File then browse to the supported QuickBooks Desktop file you want to move.
Note: You can only upload one file at a time.
  2. Select Open to upload the file.
  3. Once your file is uploaded, we’ll auto-update it to the latest version of QuickBooks Desktop. Next, you'll see an option to move to QuickBooks Online.
  4. Next, you'll see an option to move to QuickBooks Online.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to guide you through the move to QuickBooks Online.
  6. If your books fail to update to QuickBooks Desktop or move to QuickBooks Online, contact customer support.

Another reason you're not seeing the option is because you're using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. You can follow these processes to export your data.

  1. Sign in as an admin to the desktop company file you want to move.
  2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + 1 to open the Product Information window.
  3. Press Ctrl + B + Q, then select OK to display the export window, then select Get started.
  4. Sign in as an admin to your QuickBooks Online company.
  5. Select Choose online company, then select the company you want to replace with your company file, then select Continue.
  6. If you track inventory in QuickBooks Desktop:
    • Select Yes to bring them over, then specify the as of date.
Note: Use the first day after your last tax filing period as your inventory start date.
    • Select No if you want to set up new items later in QuickBooks Online.
  7. Enter “Agree” in the text field, then select Replace.
  8. Select Yes, go ahead and replace the data, then select Replace.

For more detailed steps and information, you can check this article if you're using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and want to move data to QBO: Move Your QuickBooks Desktop File to QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, watch these videos to learn how you can start using QBO. I've added this link for reference: Getting Started in QuickBooks Online.
