Thank you for turning to the Community about your banking concern, Ductz of the Greater Poconos.
Navigating a new layout on the Transactions page can be tricky, especially if you're used to seeing accounts at the top. I'm here to shed light on the redesigned banking screen view and direct you through the process of displaying your bank and credit card accounts.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we've incorporated the Hide account cards feature to prevent your bank or credit card accounts from being displayed on the Transactions page. However, if you wish to view these accounts again on the banking screen, you'll need to choose the Show account cards option.
Here's how:
- In your QBO company, navigate to the Transactions menu on the left panel and choose Bank transactions.
- In the Bank transactions tab, click the Blue tile icon drop-down and tap the Show account cards link to display your bank and credit card accounts.
You can stay updated with the latest improvements and functionalities introduced by our product developers by visiting the QuickBooks Blog. I've collated some resources that may come in handy in the future. They cover topics such as categorizing entries into the right account, matching them with QBO, and the reconciliation process.
