What you're seeing is a CAPTCHA and verification code based on the browser you're using.
This occurs when you log in to your account to a different browser. Moreover, if the browser is set to "do not remember history", every time you log in to your account it will ask for CAPTCHA and email validation code.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we don't have an option to disable the CAPTCHA and email verification code.
