Why can't I access my documents without resubscribing?

It states that I only have read-only access but it won't allow me to see it.

Why can't I access my documents without resubscribing?

I see that you're having difficulties accessing your documents. I can provide you with information regarding read-only access once you cancel your subscription to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When you cancel your subscription to QuickBooks Self-Employed, you're still entitled to access the platform until the end of your current billing period. During this time, your access will be limited to read-only, which means you can view your documents and data but won't be able to make any changes or additions.

Additionally, after your subscription ends, we retain your data for an additional year. It is to ensure that you have ample time to retrieve any important information or documents you may need from the platform. It could be you are using incorrect login credentials, or the one year has ended for your account. That is why it is asking you to resubscribe.
