Hello xbrown11,

There are different reasons why you can encounter the 400 Bad Request error. It's possible that:

  • You've incorrectly entered the login URL for QuickBooks Self-Employed
  • Internet connection is not stable

Make sure you to have a stable internet connection and use this link to log in to your account: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

If the error persists, we can do a few troubleshooting steps. Cache is a component that helps browser's background processes. However, it can also cause issues when piled up. Here's how we can get rid of the cache related issue:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can log in to your account successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers as alternative. Each of them uses different cache.

Keep me posted of the results so we can further help you with this.
