Welcome to the Community space, @drimamoto. If you're the accountant, it's possible that your client accidentally removed your access while cleaning up their user list.
To check this, please ask your client to navigate to the Manage users tab and then select the Accounting Firms tab. If your name isn't listed there, just have your client click Invite to send you a fresh link. Once you accept it, you’ll be right back in the books.
