Before we continue, double-check if the phone number is correct in the Account and settings under the Company info section.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear or Settings icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Choose Company, then ensure it has the correct phone number under the Contact info field.

- Hit the Edit pencil icon if it's incorrect.
- Once done, click Save and then Done.
If it's correct, access your QuickBooks account using an incognito window. Since you may have encountered a cache problem caused by too much-outdated internet files stored on your browser. You can use the following shortcut keys below:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to remove unwanted data. Alternatively, you can use different supported browsers.
