Thank you for bringing your concerns about your business account connections to our attention. I'm here to ensure they are well managed securely and correctly.
When you mention your business account, are you referring specifically to a bank account? If it's a business bank account and other users have access, they might have established the connection.
If the issues involve a type of business account other than a bank account, please provide more specific details about the account and the problems you're encountering. This information will allow us to identify the issue more accurately. A screenshot of the issue would help us understand and address your concerns more effectively.
I've also included a detailed resource on reviewing categories for automatically downloaded transactions when you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you signed up for Autopay, it's also one of the reasons why your checking account number appears on the invoice. To cancel autopay, follow the steps below:
Otherwise, I recommend reaching out to our Payment Support to investigate why your checking account appeared as a payment option. They can securely access your account details and provide further assistance.
