Why was my subscription so high this year and are there any discounts for nonprofits?
I'll share some information on why you're having a high subscription bill for this year.
There might be some other fees associated with your current subscription for this year. We can check your billing details by going to the Account and settings page:
Go to the Gear icon
Select Account and Settings.
Click the Billing & Subscription tab and see the details.
If you need more details regarding the breakdown of this year's billing, we can contact one of our agents. They can pull up your account securely and review the details of the charges. Here's how to reach them:
Click the Help icon.
On the pop-up window, go to the Search tab.
Click the ContactUs button.
In the text box, add something like "see billing breakdown" or similar.
Proceed with the Continue button, then choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
Also, we had a price increase regarding the subscription rates. This was in effect last year and might explain the additional cost you're seeing on your billing information.
