If you're QuickBooks Online (QBO), is active, you can still do the reconciliation. I'll leave you with articles that you can refer to achieve the whole process of reconciling.
Also, you'll want to become more familiar with the whole process of closing books, here's an article for you: Close the books.
Then, you can run some accounting and financial reports to get the information you need.

If you cancel your QuickBooks account within a year, you only have read-only access. Which means you can't do other tasks.
