Wrong email admin email and unable to correct.

I tried to update my payroll subscription and Quickbooks has an incorrect email/user id for the admin. I have tried to correct but since that email address does not exist I cant fix my subscription and I am paying and not receiving what I paid for very discourage with QB have had for over 10 years. Does anyone have a contact phone number or advise on how to fix this issue.  Much appreciated for any help.
