We'll need to click the Customize button for you to add the bank widget again in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dasundinesh.
If you're referring to the 'Add or remove widgets' button not showing in the Dashboard, we'll need to first click the 'Customize' button. This enables you to add the bank account widget again. Here's how:
- Go to Dashboards on the left menu.
- Click the Customize button.
- Tap Add or remove widgets.
- Place a check mark for Bank Accounts.
- Press Save.
If the same issue occurs or you encounter an error message, we can clear the cache to delete the temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data over time can hinder you from adding a widget. We can also use an alternative supported browser or device if this doesn't work. This happens when the current browser you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
