Have you recently signed up for your QBO account?
I got your back to ensure you'll see the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kurtdds.
If you recently connected your bank account to QBO, transactions older than 90 days won't be automatically downloaded. You'll have to upload it manually.
If this is not the case, you can perform a manual download to refresh the connection of your bank with QBO to see those transactions. Here's how:
If you can't still see them, I recommend signing in to your bank’s website and checking if there are any messages or notification that needs immediate action. Once done, go back to your QBO account and do the manual update.
Also, not seeing some transactions in the bank feed is sometimes caused by changes made on your bank's website such as updating the account number, username, or password. Let's make sure that this info matches the details you enter in QBO.
On the other hand, you can manually import those specific transactions in QBO via CSV file.
For more details about the process, please check this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Once everything is fine, your next step is to categorize and match the transactions to ensure they are allocated to the correct account in your company file.
I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have any other banking concerns. Don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a good day ahead and keep safe.
