2 Months of Missing Transactions

I am missing January and February 2023 transactions from my Quickbooks.

I followed the instructions and pulled a CSV file. When I upload to Quickbooks, I get an error that says "55 matching transactions found. No information imported."

It sounds like Quickbooks THINKS the transactions are there, but they aren't showing up for me.

Go up to the little search wand on top, then choose advanced search and filter that to > All Tranactions.. Amount >  Equals.. then type in 1 of the amounts from the spreadsheet and see where it pops up in QBO.  It's possible that there was an issue with import if you have never imported before.  If a transaction is there, as it says it is, then you will find it this way.  If found, ensure the deposits and debits are entered correctly, which bank account they are posting too and we can go from there.

If it went to the correct bank account you should also be able to open that check register and then right above the word Date. press the little icon there, next to the word all, and type in one of the amounts.  If it made it into the correct register, it will be there.  Ensure the dates (year ) is correct and that it comes up as a payment or deposit as it should.  If not found in the register and also not found in the 1st search method, then it's not there.

Importing as you did though, I believe it is there but depending on how the spreadsheet was set up, may or may not be correctly entered.

Another option, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
