2020 will be the first year that I will officially be self-employed. To minimize me having to review all transactions how can I look at only this year so far?

Welcome to the Community forum, @alexloredo86

I'm happy to guide you on how to sort transactions for this year 2020 only in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Here's how:

  1. Click Transactions in the left menu.
  2. In the transactions page, hit the Date: All drop-down button.
  3. Pick Custom date.
  4. Enter 1/1/20 for the Start date, then enter today's date 1/5/20 for the End date.
  5. Hit Apply.

From there, all the 2020 transactions only will show up.

You can visit this article to learn more about managing transactions: Categorize and edit transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can always get back to me if you have any other questions. I'm here for you. Have a great day.
