To my surprise look what I found in Novo's support page:
No, currently, we do not integrate with QuickBooks. You can link your Novo account to QuickBooks by logging in to your QuickBooks account.

im having same issue. however when i click the "New" tab it is blank. also when i press the 3 line(hamburger)tab its also doing nothing. i also cannot add company name. it added my personal accounts last week. i deleted but they are still there. i cannot add my biz accounts at all. i have manually requested the add every day this week to no avail. the "assistant" only says its having difficulties and send me back to faq. i cannot find a 1800 number to speak to anyone. extremely dissapointing. if this isnt resolved by tuesday ill have no choice but to switch programs im using. your a tech company, do better. youll have monday to solve this.
