To check if you are one of the affected users of the ongoing bank shortage, could you please provide the name of your bank? This will allow us to investigate it further and provide a solution.
Furthermore, are the missing transactions occurring after importing them into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) company, or are they already existing business transactions in your account? I appreciate any details you can provide.

Additionally, the missing transactions might have been categorized already. In the Transactions tab, make sure to set it to show All types. Then, in the Account section, select your bank and choose the date for the transaction you want to access.

Capital One. I'm definitely look at all transactions for a certain bank account. It skips from 9/6/23 to 6/6/24 with none of the transactions inbetween those dates showing up. They were definitely there before. When I signed in yesterday, my bank accounts had been disconnected and I had to reconnect them but then only 6/6/24 and later showed up. Refreshing did not help.
