The transactions downloaded in QuickBooks Self-Employed depends on the data your bank shares with us. I'd recommend reaching out to your bank about why we have duplicates.
To take care of the duplicates, we can exclude them from your Transaction page:
- Go to the Transactions page and mark the duplicate bank transactions.
- Select the Exclude option.
- Click Apply.
