American Express Not Showing All Card Holder Transactions

I have QBO set up to connect to American Express for my credit card. It syncs in all the transaction for my card fine, but the transactions for the other card holders on the account don't sync. I can see their transactions when I log into the AMEX site. I tried setting up the card as a parent card with sub-parents, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on one feed that will get all transactions for all account holders?

I have an idea on how to ensure that you get the bank transactions including the sub-accounts connected to the primary account in QuickBooks Online.

 

QuickBooks depends on what is being sent from your bank. There might be a setting there that causes to downloaded the primary transactions only. You'll want to contact your bank to change this.

 

After contacting your bank, ensure that your connecting the Primary account in the Banking feeds and click the Update button.
