Any idea what "Reversal D" means as a transaction type? I have some guesses, but I haven't seen this before.

Hi there, krmartel.

It's possible that a transaction was returned or disputed. You can reach out to our Customer Care Team to check what's causing the transaction to display this status.

Here's how you can reach out to us:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can click the Assistant option or click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click the Continue button.
  4. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

If you need anything else, please post a comment on this thread. I'll be glad to get back to you. Thanks.
