Our live support team can offer a detailed analysis to identify the root cause of the error you're encountering in connecting your bank accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?) icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the Assistant tab for support from the QB assistant, or go to the Search tab and type in Contact Us to receive help from a specialist.
