I know this hasn't been easy, MidnightSun.
Let's manually update your bank to bring the latest transactions to QuickBooks Online. Before proceeding, may I know the name of your bank account? This way, I can search for ongoing issues related to it.
For your visual reference, I've attached a screenshot below.
If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Please see Step 2 on this article to resolve the issue: What to Do if you Get a Bank Error or Can't Download Transactions.
Aside from manually updating, you can also manually import bank transactions using a CSV file.
In case you'd like to speak with our representative, please follow the steps below:
Once you downloaded the transactions, categorize them in QuickBooks. This will help you in reviewing them to make sure your books are accurate.
Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in updating your bank account. I'm determined to get this resolved.
This was not helpful. And the issue is not the problem of my bank and 2 credit card accounts. It’s faulty Intuit and I should get a credit for substandard partial service and not receiving all the services I pay for over a week now.
But hey thanks for skim reading my question before firing off a canned reply like 90% of intuit customer support does.
Again I do hit update on a daily basis - as I said - QBO refreshes without error but there’s never any new bank or credit transactions that download! So I have to do a manual import from a manual CSV download from my bank and I’m sick of it plus this is my side business so the M-F hours only to talk to a live person is ridiculous. I can’t even email customer support it’s just this crummy community support forum available on the weekend when I have time to try to work on this.

Have you tried open your QBO account on private/incognito browser? Another option, utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.

I tried incognito browser but not slick connect. There’s been no change.
the problem is not with the bank. My Chase Ink credit card transactions don’t download either.
I reached someone more helpful today on the phone. He said there’s an active investigation and it’s a known problem with intuit as suspected. Started about 2 1/2 weeks ago. They’re supposedly 80% through the investigation now whatever that means.
my company is now tagged to the investigation so I will supposedly get updates going forward until the matter is resolved.
this has been a frustrating ordeal you’d think they would know who affected customers are and could be proactive to reach out.
If the bank feeds are critical for your business, utilize the SlickConnect for the time being.
