Our system engineers are now working diligently in resolving the issue. Even though it is being worked on there is no specific time frame for it to be completed, due to the complexity involved in making sure any fix doesn't cause problems in another area of the program.
Please reach our Customer Care team to include you in the lift of affected users. You will be notified by email as soon as a resolution to the issue is made available.
As an alternate solution, we have an option to manually upload transactions from Paypal to QB Online. You need to download the PayPal statement to a .csv file and upload it in QBO. You may visit this article to know the steps on how to manually upload transactions.
